I have submitted my NetBanc application via email to JCB, how long will it take to get my username and temporary password?
JCB will stay in contact with you regarding the processing as well as acceptance status of your application from the time that an application is received. Upon receipt of your approval email, you should expect delivery of your Welcome Kit within 5 to 7 working days via the US Postal Service. You should contact JCB promptly if after 7 working days you have not received your Welcome Kit.
When I sign up for NetBanc, what accounts will I be able to view?
The accounts you can access online are those, which are tied to your social security number by either sole or joint ownership.
How late can I go online and transfer money or pay my JCB loan payment on today’s business?
The cut off time for NetBanc transfers to post on the current business day is 6PM Eastern Standard Time.
Can I pay off a loan over NetBanc?
No, the loan balance reflected on NetBanc is principal and interest only. This balance will not reflect any other applicable fees such as release fees, legal fees, etc. Customers are required to contact the bank to pay off a loan.
How far back can I review my transactions?

What types of payments can be initiated via NetBanc?
NetBanc affords customers customized payment options depending on the type of loan account. Simply go to the “Express Transfer” option within NetBanc and choose the account to be debited from the drop down box at the top of the page. Next to the loan account to be credited, enter the dollar amount of the payment in the white text box and choose the payment type from the drop down next to the text box. When the appropriate dollar amount and payment type have been chosen, click the “Next” button at the bottom of the page. A confirmation screen will be displayed. If all information is correct, click the “Submit” button and a Confirmation Number will be assigned to the transaction. **Retain the Confirmation Number.
Transfer options are as follows:
Mortgage Loans – Regular payment, Principal Only payment, and Escrow Only payment.
Home Equity Line of Credit – Regular payment, Principle Only payment, and Interest Only payment.
Consumer Loans – Regular payment and Principal Only payment.
Cashline Loans – Regular payment and Principal Only payment.
Can I pay my Cashline to a zero balance via NetBanc?
Yes, first select the “Express Transfer” button. Then simply choose the account to be debited from the dropdown box and place the dollar amount of the payment in the text box next to the Cashline account.
I have forgotten my password; can you tell me what it is?
No, JCB has no knowledge of or access to your password. Upon your online request, the Online Banking Specialist can request a one-time Password for your account. Five to seven days after the Online Banking Specialist receives your request, you will receive the Regenerated Password via the US Postal Service. Upon receipt of your Regenerated Password, please follow the enclosed instructions to regain account access.
How can I request a replacement Password via the JCB website?
Choose the “Update Your Profile” form from the NetBanc Online Banking section found under Banking Freedom. This form allows the verification of the appropriate information as well as the option to request a replacement Password for the account. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the password to reach you via the US Postal Service
If I transfer money from one account to another or pay a bill, will JCB know that I have credited or debited my account?
Yes, a memo will show on the account which was debited immediately. In the situation of a future dated bill pay entered through Bill Pay Services, a memo will show on the account the day that the payment is to be deducted from the account.
I am NetBanc enabled; can I view my business account?
If your business account has a tax ID, that account will not show up under your social security number. The accounts accessible to you are all accounts of which you have sole or joint ownership in relationship to your personal Social Security Number.
How and where do I sign up for Bill Pay Services if I am currently NetBanc enabled?
Go to www.jcbank.com and choose the “Update NetBanc Profile” form found in NetBanc Online Banking under Banking Freedom. This page will allow you to verify the necessary information as well as update your Email Address, Bill Pay Services enrollment status, Primary Account type and number.
How much does NetBanc and Bill Pay Services cost?
There is no charge for NetBanc access. As long as the Bill Pay Service status is active, there is no charge for the service. If the service becomes dormant for a 6 month period, it will be closed due to the inactivity.
If I enroll in Bill Pay Services and do not use it, will it remain active?
No, if the Bill Pay Service account is not activated within 6 months of enrollment, or if the account is inactive for a period of 6 months, it will be purged for inactivity.
What bills can I pay electronically?
As long as all information is entered correctly, Bill Pay Services can process almost any payment (see Terms and Conditions for exclusions). If the payee does not accept electronic payments, Bill Pay Services will overnight a paper draft on your behalf. Each payment created on the Payment Center screen, displays the date that it will be applied to the vendor account.
Can I do an electronic bill pay from my savings account?
No, electronic bill pays are not permitted from a savings account.
What happens when I pay a bill via Bill Pay Services?
Payments that are entered to be processed on current day before 11 PM are debited from the account immediately. Future dated payments are debited on the effective date of the payment. If the payee is present and correct, the payment is delivered electronically the next business day. If the payee does not have an electronic relationship with the Service, a paper draft is overnighted. These payments can take up to 5 days to post depending on the vendor processing method.
When I schedule a bill payment, when does the money come out of my account?
The money is debited from the account on the day the payment is to be initiated. (for ex. - A routine payment to be initiated on the 3rd day of every month, the money will be debited on the 3rd day of the month.) If funds are not sufficient on that day, the payment will not be processed.
I entered a bill pay to be processed on the 7th of the month; will I be notified that it was paid?
No, the customer is responsible for monitoring his/her account for bill pay debits. If for any reason, the payment cannot be processed, the payment will be refunded and the Bill Pay Service will message the customer to notify them that the payment was not processed. The Bill Pay Service will also mail a letter to the address on file.
Where can I look to see pending bill payments?
Bill Payments that are pending are shown on the “Payment Center” screen. Upon loggining on to Bill Pay Service, click the Payments tab and then choose the option called “Payment Center”. This screen will display all vendors as well as any pending payments.
How can I cancel a pending bill pay?
Upon logging on to the Bill Pay Service, choose the Payment Center screen. This screen will display all pending payments. To delete the pending payment, click on the Trash Can icon next to the payment that you wish to delete.
Can I use this service with my personal financial software?
Yes, if your personal financial software supports a format included in the Transactions Menu, a file can be created and exported from NetBanc. Although JCB does not support your personal financial software, there are some tips for getting started in the “Help” section of the NetBanc site. To access this information, go into NetBanc as you would to access your accounts. Once you are in the NetBanc section of the site, choose the “Help” button. Information about importing and exporting files will be found in this section.
