Included are:

	JCB Account Opening Checklist to provide you a list of the necessary information for opening a checking or savings account.
	Request to Close Accounts for completion and delivery to your old financial institution.
	Direct Deposit Notification for requesting a credit transaction to be directed to your new JCB Checking Account.
	Direct Debit Notification to redirect any payment which is debited from your checking account to be debited from your new JCB Checking Account.
