Bancorp of Southern Indiana is a one-bank holding company, organized under laws of the State of Indiana. The Company’s sole subsidiary is Jackson County Bank, Seymour, Indiana, through which a broad range of commercial and retail banking services is offered. The bank also provides investment management and trust services to individuals and businesses.

 
 

The company conducts business from twelve offices in six south-central Indiana counties including Jackson, Jennings, Lawrence, Washington, Scott and Bartholomew.

 
 

Bancorp is broadly owned by approximately 432 stockholders.
