Jeffrey B. Nolting, SVP, Chief Lending Officer, has announced the hiring of Michelle Schaefer as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Banker, working out of the new JCB banking center on Central Avenue in Columbus, Indiana. Schaefer worked most recently as CFO at Midwest Environmental Services. Previously she was a commercial banker at JCB for nine years, and before that she worked in both private and public accounting roles. A graduate of Seymour High School and Ball State University, she is active in the Columbus and Seymour communities, serving on Schneck Medical Center’s Patient Advisory Council, Camp Lakeview Foundation, and Immanuel Lutheran School’s Athletic Council.
