JCB celebrated the opening of its new banking center facility at 2761 Central Avenue in Columbus on Tuesday, July 11, with a ribbon cutting.
Mayor Jim Lienhoop congratulated JCB on the exciting move from the previous Clover Center location to the newly constructed office. JCB President and CEO Marvin Veatch thanked those involved in making this new state-of-the art banking center a reality. JCB SVP and Chief Administrative Officer Susan Haskett outlined some of the highlights of the new facility, including a new engaging layout with customer service pods in place of the traditional teller line setup, the addition of brokerage services to the Central Avenue team’s offerings, plus “How-To” sessions scheduled at the location for every Tuesday and Thursday plus one Saturday a month. More festivities are planned for July 19-22 during a grand opening event that includes a fundraiser for Foundation for Youth in the parking lot on Thursday, July 20, from 11am-2pm (co-sponsored by Kroger Marketplace). Stop by to pick up lunch for $5; all proceeds plus a 100% match from JCB will go to benefit the important work done in Columbus by Foundation for Youth.
