What is Launch?
The Launch Down Payment Assistance grant program helps first-time homebuyers with up to $20,000 of assistance for down payment, closing, and housing counseling costs when purchasing a primary residence. Launch funds are available to households who work with an FHLBank Indianapolis member financial institution, such as JCBank.
Requirements to qualify for Launch:
- Be a first-time homebuyer.
- Meet the income requirements for the county where the property is located.
- Contribute a minimum of $500 towards the purchase of the home.
- Complete a homebuyer education course.
