JCBank Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, Jason Knight has announced the hiring of Jessica Rynard as Banking Center Leader in Johnson County. “Jessica has a proven ability to grow relationships with both consumers and businesses while coaching teams to deliver meaningful financial conversations,” said Knight. “Her commitment to community engagement and financial education aligns perfectly with JCBank’s mission, and we’re excited to have her leading our Johnson County team.”
In her role at JCBank, Rynard will focus on building connections with customers: Listening first to understand goals, then connecting customers with the right accounts, lending, and treasury solutions to help them move forward. She will lead her team in delivering proactive, day-to-day service and financial wellness conversations, while also expanding financial education opportunities for individuals, families, and organizations in Johnson County. Previously, Rynard served in banking center roles at PNC and Fifth Third Bank. “I’m excited to bring an approachable, solutions-focused experience to Johnson County, helping customers feel confident in their finances and ensuring local businesses have a banking partner who understands their goals,” said Rynard.
A Center Grove High School graduate, Rynard is committed to strengthening access to financial resources and education in the communities she serves. She has facilitated financial education workshops for community organizations and generously volunteers her time and talents with the Indiana Secure Communities Coalition through REFORM, Volunteers of America Coalition, and Trusted Mentors.
