427 - Investment Representative Officer

Description:
Actively pursues new business for JCB Investment Services primarily through direct marketing activity and referrals provided by bank employees. Seeks opportunities for relationship building with current and potential bank clients. Assumes responsibility for the development, operation and administration of retail brokerage services and the sale of insurance and financial products within the Bank. Coordinates brokerage sales efforts with department and banking center leaders throughout the Bank. Assumes responsibility for compliance requirements in accordance with Bank procedures as well as broker/dealer services provider. Supervises brokerage support staff.
Requirements:
Series 7, 63 and Life Insurance licenses required. A Bachelor degree in business, accounting or finance preferred. Minimum 3-5 years related required. Retail Real Estate Lending Officer

Description:
<p>Proactively develops a market for and originates new mortgage and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) loans in support of established loan quality and production goals. Develops and maintains a network of business relationships, internal and external, that serve as a referral source for new mortgage and HELOC loan opportunities. Makes personal contacts with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Refers present and potential customers to JCB experts in the areas of Consumer Loans, Deposit, Commercial, Treasury Management and Wealth Management products and services. </p>
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in business, finance or accounting or 2 to 3 years related experience required. Previous mortgage lending experience required. Sales training and/or related experience preferred. NMLS registration required. Indiana Resident Producer Individual Insurance License required.

Retail Real Estate Loan Processor

Location: Loan Operations Center

Description:
Ensures the timely and accurate processing of HELOC and mortgage loan files submitted on behalf of the Retail Real Estate Lending Officers. Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and in compliance with regulatory guidelines and any investor requirements. Performs a quality review of the file prior to Underwriting and ensures that all prerequisites for approval have been fulfilled by the borrower. Prepares required disclosures and the loan closing documents. Communicates and coordinates with the Retail Real Estate Lending Officers to schedule the closing with the title company. Assists the Retail Real Estate Lending Officers with basic loan origination system support.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of loan processing experience required. Mortgage loan processing experience preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business, banking or finance preferred.

Retail Real Estate Lending Assistant

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street

Description:
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of loan files submitted on behalf of the Loan Officers. Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and in compliance with regulatory guidelines and any investor requirements. Performs a quality review of the file prior to Underwriting and ensures that all prerequisites for approval have been fulfilled by the borrower. Performs the clerical, administrative and sales and service functions relating to retail and commercial loan production activities. Ensures that customer services are provided including tasks related to retail and commercial loan production such as integrity of information collected from the customer and pertinent to supporting the loan. Attends to the needs of customers and prospective customers on banking matters including but not limited to retail loans and commercial loans. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Bank Deposit, Loan, Treasury Management and Trust products and services. Organizes collects and communicates underwriting conditions for lenders.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED. Previous loan, sales or banking experience preferred.

Banking Center Associate I

These duties include the receiving, paying out, and keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking centers ATM and Vault as assigned. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Teller and sales experience preferred. A minimum of 1 or more banking or related experience preferred.

Banking Center Associate II

Performs a variety of duties to provide extraordinary customer service at a lobby workstation and/or a drive-thru workstation. These duties include the receiving, paying out and the keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking centers ATM and vault as assigned. Provide customer services on the banking floor including but not limited to opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Call Center Analyst

Description:
Responsible for enhancing the customer experience and JCB reputation by taking ownership of customer inquiries and issues to ensure they are addressed and resolved promptly. Performs research to resolve issues, troubleshoots complex online banking access issues, educates customers, and promotes JCBs products and services. Ensures call quality objectives are met as determined by leadership.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of banking experience preferred. Sales experience preferred. Strong customer service experience required.

Compensation and Benefits Administrator

Description:
Under general supervision, administers various human resource plans, programs, policies and procedures for all Bank personnel. Assists in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Employee Handbook. Assists Leadership with the administration and implementation of Bank compensation, benefit and wellness programs. Prepares, processes and distributes employee payroll in accordance with established procedures. Responsible for the Bank's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and filing system(s). Assists Leadership with the Bank's training programs as assigned.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Human Resource preferred. A minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience preferred. Previous compensation and/or benefits experience preferred. Previous human resource experience preferred. Previous banking experience preferred.

Executive Assistant to the President/Chief Executive Officer

Description:
Provides administrative and project support services to the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), much of which is confidential and some of which is complex in nature. Serves as the first point of contact for the Executive department for visitors, including but not limited to, shareholders, guests, employees and vendors. Responsible for calendar management for CEO, Senior Leadership and Board of Directors as assigned. Provides administrative support to the Bank's Chairman of the Board and Board Committee Chairpersons as requested and/or assigned. Coordinates and handles incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of CEO, including but not limited to, phone, email and letter correspondence. Assists CEO with preparation of presentation materials, meeting minutes and miscellaneous reports and documents. Makes travel arrangements for CEO and other Senior Leaders as assigned. Performs holding company duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of investor and shareholder relations. Assists SVP, Chief Banking Officer and SVP, Chief Risk and Management Services Officer with selected administrative duties.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years administrative or related experience required. Previous banking experience preferred.
