Description:
Actively pursues new business for JCB Investment Services primarily through direct marketing activity and referrals provided by bank employees. Seeks opportunities for relationship building with current and potential bank clients. Assumes responsibility for the development, operation and administration of retail brokerage services and the sale of insurance and financial products within the Bank. Coordinates brokerage sales efforts with department and banking center leaders throughout the Bank. Assumes responsibility for compliance requirements in accordance with Bank procedures as well as broker/dealer services provider. Supervises brokerage support staff.
Requirements:
Series 7, 63 and Life Insurance licenses required. A Bachelor degree in business, accounting or finance preferred. Minimum 3-5 years related required. Assistant Banking Center Leader

Description:
Assumes responsibility for daily routine branch operations as assigned. Assists in the efficient utilization and control of man hours while ensuring adequate coverage and extraordinary service. Performs a variety of duties to assist customers on the banking floor to include receiving, paying out and keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Assumes responsibility for the banking center's cash management program including vault, ATM, teller cash and scanning work on a daily basis. Performs customer service actively on the banking center floor. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Banking Center Leader (BCL) as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Teller experience required. A minimum of 2 years banking or related experience required. Sales experience preferred.

Banking Center Associate II

Performs a variety of duties to provide extraordinary customer service at a lobby workstation and/or a drive-thru workstation. These duties include the receiving, paying out and the keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking centers ATM and vault as assigned. Provide customer services on the banking floor including but not limited to opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Assistant Banking Center Leader (ABCL) as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Banking experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of banking or related experience preferred. Previous teller and/or sales experience preferred.

Retail Real Estate Lending Officer

Location: South Central Indiana

Description:
<p>Proactively develops a market for and originates new mortgage and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) loans in support of established loan quality and production goals. Develops and maintains a network of business relationships, internal and external, that serve as a referral source for new mortgage and HELOC loan opportunities. Makes personal contacts with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Refers present and potential customers to JCB experts in the areas of Consumer Loans, Deposit, Commercial, Treasury Management and Wealth Management products and services. </p>
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in business, finance or accounting or 2 to 3 years related experience required. Previous mortgage lending experience required. Sales training and/or related experience preferred. NMLS registration required. Indiana Resident Producer Individual Insurance License required.

Banking Center Associate II

Location: Central Avenue Banking Center

Description:

SVP, Chief Information Systems Officer

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street

Description:
Has overall responsibility for the Bank's Information Systems and Deposit Services functions. Serves as the Bank's Network and Personal Computer Administrator. Facilitates and/or assists in the development and expansion of Bank relationships, technology and products as related to Information Systems. Exercises direct and indirect supervision over Information Systems and Deposit Services personnel. Maintains and reviews JCB policies and procedures for regulatory IS compliance. Responsible for the Bank's overall security policies and procedures for CIF, LAN/WAN, Internet, E-mail and personal computers and collaborates with the Bank's AVP, Information Security Officer for purposes of documenting and maintaining information systems security policies and procedures. Responsible for the Bank's telecommunication systems, both voice and data. Oversees and is responsible for the Bank's Internet and Intranet systems. Has responsibility as Bank's principal liaison between third party technology vendors and end user departments. Serves as Chair for the Bank's Operations Committee and Technology Steering Committee. Serves as Co-Chair for the Bank's Cybersecurity Committee; monitors current cybersecurity-related events, including communications and interactions with regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Information Technology and/or 5-10 years of information systems-related experience, preferably in a banking environment required. Requires continuing self-education on current technology products and trends. This position may require evening and/or weekend work; therefore, daily hours should be flexible. This position is predominately office-related work, with occasional travel required for conventions/seminars conducted outside the bank as well as travel to JCB banking centers and locations.

Retail Loan Operations Specialist

Description:
The Retail Loan Operations Specialist performs a variety of administrative and customer service functions related to the support of retail loans retained in JCB&rsquo;s portfolio and loans sold to third-party investors. Performs administrative functions related to maintaining and providing loan account and bank loan product information as well as problem solving support to Retail Loan supervision, retail loan officers, other departments, vendors, borrowers and other entities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Previous banking experience preferred. Previous mortgage loan investor accounting experience preferred.

Description:
Ensures the timely and accurate processing of HELOC and mortgage loan files submitted on behalf of the Retail Real Estate Lending Officers. Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and in compliance with regulatory guidelines and any investor requirements. Performs a quality review of the file prior to Underwriting and ensures that all prerequisites for approval have been fulfilled by the borrower. Prepares required disclosures and the loan closing documents. Communicates and coordinates with the Retail Real Estate Lending Officers to schedule the closing with the title company. Assists the Retail Real Estate Lending Officers with basic loan origination system support.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of loan processing experience required. Mortgage loan processing experience preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business, banking or finance preferred.
