427 - Investment Representative Officer

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street
Openings: 1
Description:
Actively pursues new business for JCB Investment Services primarily through direct marketing activity and referrals provided by bank employees. Seeks opportunities for relationship building with current and potential bank clients. Assumes responsibility for the development, operation and administration of retail brokerage services and the sale of insurance and financial products within the Bank. Coordinates brokerage sales efforts with department and banking center leaders throughout the Bank. Assumes responsibility for compliance requirements in accordance with Bank procedures as well as broker/dealer services provider. Supervises brokerage support staff.
Requirements:
Series 7, 63 and Life Insurance licenses required. A Bachelor degree in business, accounting or finance preferred. Minimum 3-5 years related required. Investment and/or Insurance sales experience preferred. Financial sales/business development experience preferred. RIA and/or CFP designations preferred.

Banking Center Leader

Location: Brownstown Branch

Description:
Assumes overall responsibility for the branch. Supports, reinforces and maintains the overall service and sales culture of the Bank by and through actively directing and participating in various ongoing and periodic sales and product promotions including Deposit, Loan, Commercial and Trust products and services. Makes personal contacts with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Makes regular referrals and encourages branch staff to make regular referrals of Bank products and services within the context of performance standards and Leadership expectations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. A minimum of 2 to 5 years banking or related experience preferred. Supervisory experience required. Sales experience preferred.

Assistant Banking Center Leader

Location: Bedford

Description:
Assumes responsibility for daily routine branch operations as assigned. Assists in the efficient utilization and control of man hours while ensuring adequate coverage and extraordinary service. Performs a variety of duties to assist customers on the banking floor to include receiving, paying out and keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Assumes responsibility for the banking center's cash management program including vault, ATM, teller cash and scanning work on a daily basis. Performs customer service actively on the banking center floor. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Banking Center Leader (BCL) as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Teller experience required. A minimum of 2 years banking or related experience required. Sales experience preferred.

Banking Center Associate II

Location: Seymour West Tipton Street

Description:
Performs a variety of duties to provide extraordinary customer service at a lobby workstation and/or a drive-thru workstation. These duties include the receiving, paying out and the keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking centers ATM and vault as assigned. Provide customer services on the banking floor including but not limited to opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Assistant Banking Center Leader (ABCL) as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Banking experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of banking or related experience preferred. Previous teller and/or sales experience preferred.

Retail Real Estate Lending Officer

Location: South Central Indiana
Openings: 1
Description:
<p>Proactively develops a market for and originates new mortgage and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) loans in support of established loan quality and production goals. Develops and maintains a network of business relationships, internal and external, that serve as a referral source for new mortgage and HELOC loan opportunities. Makes personal contacts with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Refers present and potential customers to JCB experts in the areas of Consumer Loans, Deposit, Commercial, Treasury Management and Wealth Management products and services. </p>
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in business, finance or accounting or 2 to 3 years related experience required. Previous mortgage lending experience required. Sales training and/or related experience preferred. NMLS registration required. Indiana Resident Producer Individual Insurance License required.

Retail Real Estate Loan Processor

Location: Loan Operations Center
Openings: 1
Description:
Ensures the timely and accurate processing of HELOC and mortgage loan files submitted on behalf of the Retail Real Estate Lending Officers. Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and in compliance with regulatory guidelines and any investor requirements. Performs a quality review of the file prior to Underwriting and ensures that all prerequisites for approval have been fulfilled by the borrower. Prepares required disclosures and the loan closing documents. Communicates and coordinates with the Retail Real Estate Lending Officers to schedule the closing with the title company. Assists the Retail Real Estate Lending Officers with basic loan origination system support.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of loan processing experience required. Mortgage loan processing experience preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business, banking or finance preferred.
