Business Banker/Business Development

Location: Columbus 400 Washington
Openings: 1
Description:
Makes and services a wide variety of business and individual loans (both secured and unsecured) personally or in conjunction with other Officers in assigned markets. Participates and coordinates joint calls with senior commercial lenders and treasury management officers as needed. Develops, negotiates terms and services commercial loan and account business; generates and maintains an effective client base in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies and procedures. Solicits, develops, and manages credit relations with commercial customers. Explores and solicits commercial banking relationships in assigned markets/counties in conjunction with commercial initiatives. Makes and services a wide variety of commercial, real estate and construction loans. Makes personal contacts with present and prospective customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Supports the Banks non-lending commercial services function by prospecting, sales, and incidental servicing of commercial customers.
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Economics from an accredited college or university preferred. Two plus years experience in authoring commercial loans or like experience preferred. Commercial Banking education, training or certification preferred.

Banking Center Associate II

Location: Bedford/Bloomington/Brownstown Position
Openings: 1
Description:
Performs a variety of duties to provide extraordinary customer service at a lobby workstation and/or a drive-thru workstation. These duties include the receiving, paying out and the keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking centers ATM and vault as assigned. Provide customer services on the banking floor including but not limited to opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Assistant Banking Center Leader (ABCL) as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Banking experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of banking or related experience preferred. Previous teller and/or sales experience preferred. This position may require evening and/or weekend work; therefore, daily hours should be flexible. Reliable transportation is required as travel to the various banking centers will be required.

Commercial Banker

BSA, Compliance & Security Specialist

Description:
As assigned by the BSA/Internal Audit Officer, is responsible for assisting in the implementation and administration of all aspects of the Bank's BSA Program by fulfilling the Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements through identification and investigation of potential money laundering and suspicious activity. This position performs various quality control reviews and monitoring pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering Program, Customer Identification Program and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) compliance using industry standard and regulatory guidance to ensure the Bank's compliance efforts are maintained on a daily basis. The Specialist is responsible for the preliminary investigation of system generated alerts associated with customer account transactions. Evaluates and analyzes information uncovered during preliminary investigation of alerts and reports and substantiates recommendation with documentation. Assists the BSA/Internal Audit Officer with workflows and case management process in ensuring the department activities are completed timely and efficiently. As assigned by the SVP, Chief Risk and Management Services Officer, is responsible for providing operational and administrative support with the Bank's regulatory compliance, security, and fraud management programs. This includes serving as a point of contact for security related questions and research, assisting in the development and delivery of compliance and security related training needs, assisting with the oversight of fraud related cases and required researched, taking of minutes at meetings as assigned by leadership, assisting with various regulatory compliance related monitoring, and ensuring that compliance, security, and fraud related issues are brought to the attention of leadership.
Requirements:
High school diploma required. 3 - 5 years of banking experience in retail deposits and loans preferred. 1 - 3 years of BSA/AML program experience preferred. At least 3 years of investigations experience, preferably in security, fraud and/or anti-money laundering. 1 - 3 years of banking regulatory compliance experience preferred. 1 - 3 years of banking security experience preferred. Experience with banking software preferred (i.e. Fiserv or other database applications).

Assistant Banking Center Leader

Location: Seymour East Tipton Street

Description:
Assumes responsibility for daily routine branch operations as assigned. Assists in the efficient utilization and control of man hours while ensuring adequate coverage and extraordinary service. Performs a variety of duties to assist customers on the banking floor to include receiving, paying out and keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Assumes responsibility for the banking center's cash management program including vault, ATM, teller cash and scanning work on a daily basis. Performs customer service actively on the banking center floor. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Banking Center Leader (BCL) as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Teller experience required. A minimum of 2 years banking or related experience required. Sales experience preferred.

Accounting Specialist

Description:
Responsible for accounting support related to assigned accounts or ledgers and reconciling both internal and external financial information. Prepares various reports as assigned. Makes contact with governmental agencies or other financial institutions to include but not limited to transaction or reconcilement information, form preparation or related documentation.
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
A minimum of 2 to 5 years banking or related experience preferred.
Accounting and/or accounts payable experience required.

Description:
Assumes overall responsibility for the branch. Supports, reinforces and maintains the overall service and sales culture of the Bank by and through actively directing and participating in various ongoing and periodic sales and product promotions including Deposit, Loan, Commercial and Trust products and services. Makes personal contacts with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Makes regular referrals and encourages branch staff to make regular referrals of Bank products and services within the context of performance standards and Leadership expectations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. A minimum of 2 to 5 years banking or related experience preferred. Supervisory experience required. Sales experience preferred.
