Commercial Banker

Location: Columbus 400 Washington

Description:
Makes and services a wide variety of business and individual loans (both secured and unsecured) personally or in conjunction with other Officers in assigned markets. Solicits, develops, and manages credit relations with commercial customers. Explores and solicits commercial banking relationships in assigned markets/counties in conjunction with commercial initiatives. Makes and services a wide variety of commercial, real estate and construction loans. Makes personal contacts with present and prospective customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Supports the Bank's non-lending commercial services function by prospecting, sales, and incidental servicing of commercial customers.

Trust Officer

Solicits, develops and manages risk and logistics for account relationships with business customers of all types, including but not limited to checking accounts, sweep accounts, merchant services, remote deposit processing and internet-based account management systems (ECorp). Makes personal contacts with present and prospective customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Supports the bank's commercial lending function by prospecting, calling on, and incidental servicing of commercial loan customers. Makes personal contacts with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationship and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Loan, Deposit and Trust products and services.

Banking Center Associate II

Performs a variety of duties to provide extraordinary customer service at a lobby workstation and/or a drive-thru workstation. These duties include the receiving, paying out and the keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking centers ATM and vault as assigned. Provide customer services on the banking floor including but not limited to opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Assistant Banking Center Leader (ABCL) as assigned.

Electronic Banking Leader

Description:
As the Bank’s Electronic Banking Coordinator, assumes responsibility for all electronic banking functions including but not limited to ACH processing, ATM/Debit Card, NetBanc/Online Bill Pay, Smartline, Fedline Advantage and Wire Transfer. Provides supervision and leadership to department personnel. Ensures all policies, guidelines and regulations pertaining to electronic banking are performed and adhered to by department and bank personnel. Performs advanced electronic banking functions with regard to operating system specification maintenance and product and service development. Collaborates with the Commercial Services Team to assist corporate clients with electronic banking services. Instrumental in the identification and implementation of potential (electronic) products and services.

Floating Banking Center Associate II

Business Service Analyst

Description:
Responsible for effectively monitoring, maintaining, and supporting all aspects of the products assigned to Small Business and Treasury Management Deposit Account Services. Provide phone support to customers as well as to Banking Center Sales Staff and Treasury Management Staff as needed. Performs research to resolve issues, educates customers and promotes JCB's products and services. Composes and updates documentation and training material for business customers and JCB employees.

Mortgage Loan Originator

Location: Bloomington Loan & Financial Center
Openings: 1
Description:
Proactively develops a market for and originates new mortgage loans in support of established loan quality and production goals. Develops and maintains a network of business relationships, internal and external, that serve as a referral source for new mortgage loan opportunities. Makes personal contacts with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Refers present and potential customers to JCB experts in the areas of Home Equity Lines/Loans, Deposit, Commercial and Trust products and services.
