Commercial Loan Operations Leader

Description:
<p>Leads and is responsible for the Bank's commercial loan operations which includes commercial loan processing, closing and servicing functions and staff. Oversees commercial loan applications for processing, underwriting and closing. Manages and monitors team performance for accuracy and workload capacity to fulfill service level expectations. Oversees the work-flow system for accuracy and to ensure efficient movement of loan applications through the loan process. Oversees the loan servicing functional area including loan product system specifications, boarding of new loans to the core system, loan documentation quality review, participation servicing, reconciliations, management reporting, post close loan review, HMDA reporting, data entry, file maintenance, document imaging and loan recordkeeping to fulfill operations and servicing expectations. Directs workload as needed to meet production demands. Interacts with auditors, examiners and compliance to assist is Bank reviews and ensure changes or recommendations have been implemented as directed. Supervises, coaches and develops staff for effectiveness and career growth. Supports the SVP, Chief Credit Administration Officer with policies, operational procedures and meeting regulatory compliance requirements. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred. Minimum of 5 years commercial loan operations experience required; including supervisory or team leader experience.

Portfolio Manager

Location: Columbus 3880 West Jonathan Moore

Description:
Partners with the Lending and Credit Teams by providing relationship management support and credit analysis. Completes renewals of existing credits. Completes assigned periodic credit relationship reviews. Completes assigned background portions of approval packages for renewed loans of a predetermined size or due to size of the entire borrowing relationship with JCB. Prepares portions of presentation materials for renewals and additional credit proposals for loan officers. Independently researches and analyzes company and industry data. Supports commercial department credit administration and systems monitoring administration. Assists loan officers in personal contacts with present and prospective customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics from an accredited college or university preferred. Previous loan operations and/or portfolio management experience required.

Is a critical member of the commercial lending team who bridges the gap between commercial loan officers, credit personnel, documentation specialists and loan operations while also building relationships with clients through outstanding customer service. Performs the following primary and backup functions in association with other Systems Administrators and/or IT staff, as determined and assigned. Serves as Bank's primary internal support for Active Directory and core processing system upgrades, enhancements and troubleshooting. Serves as the Bank's core system Security Administrator. Provides orientation, training and support to Bank staff to maintain the efficient use of IT hardware and applications throughout the organization. Provides support for security applications, evaluates and analyzes hardware and software and troubleshoots related problems.

Supervises Information Systems Department staff. Evaluates and analyzes hardware, software and network problems. Monitors network security and performance. Monitors and maintains telecommunications system, patch management, anti-virus and email programs. Assists with training and support of Bank staff to maintain the efficient use of microcomputers throughout the organization.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and two to three years in computer operations experience required. Knowledge of computer maintenance, software and hardware support, communications and hardware selection and installation required. Previous banking experience preferred. Experience in a detail-oriented position required.

Commercial Banker, Treasury Management

Solicits, develops and manages risk and logistics for account relationships with business customers of all types, including but not limited to checking accounts, sweep accounts, merchant services, remote deposit processing and internet-based account management systems (ECorp). Description:
<p>Performs a variety of general retail loan servicing functions including but not limited to, new loan account setup of retail loans; document tracking; data entry / account maintenance review; loan filing and fielding loan servicing inquiries. Oversees the data integrity recorded in the Bank's Loan Application Register (LAR) for HMDA reportable loans. Tracks and maintains loan exceptions. Scans and indexes closed loan file documents after loan activation. Acts as a backup to other loan servicing positions in the department as needed. Performs other retail loan servicing functions as assigned by the Retail Loan Servicing Supervisor.</p>

Property and Facilities Management Specialist

Description:
Performs routine maintenance of building surfaces, fixtures, systems and equipment for assigned JCBank locations. Addresses urgent needs of structures, fixtures, systems and equipment as needed or requested through maintenance work orders or supervisor. Completes minor mechanical/electrical repairs as needed. Performs general landscaping duties as assigned. Maintains all painted surfaces of buildings, fences and equipment not requiring the use of high lifts or other specialized equipment. Assists with the monitoring of on-site vendor and contractor visits for various maintenance, repairs and projects. Installs and removes the Bank's Marketing promotional material as scheduled. Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associates Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred. Minimum 3-5 years equipment and property maintenance experience required. Certification or license in areas such as carpentry, construction, mechanical or electrical preferred.

Executive Assistant to the President/Chief Executive Officer

Description:
Provides administrative and project support services to the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), much of which is confidential and some of which is complex in nature. Serves as the first point of contact for the Executive department for visitors, including but not limited to, shareholders, guests, employees and vendors. Responsible for calendar management for CEO, Senior Leadership and Board of Directors as assigned. Provides administrative support to the Bank's Chairman of the Board and Board Committee Chairpersons as requested and/or assigned. Marketing Director

Description:
Assumes responsibilities for activities related to conceptualizing and implementing the Bank's Brand, Vision, Mission, Core Values and sales and service culture by and through function, market and organizational strategy and achieving marketing targets. Assumes responsibility for the Bank's website and creative content. Manages all marketing initiatives in support of functional, market and organizational objectives, to include but not limited to collaborating with any outside agencies for specific campaigns, producing creative and media placement. Is responsible for the Bank's social media presence, including but not limited to policy, procedures and training related to any Bank utilized social media. Develops and maintains annual marketing, advertising and media plans in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Provides marketing performance analysis as related to sales goals, monthly tracking reports, trend analysis and return on investment. Oversees market research, competitor analyses, service delivery and customer retention monitoring processes and initiatives. Oversees and maintains marketing and advertising budget.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or Business preferred. Minimum 5 years related experience required. Banking experience preferred. Sales or previous marketing/advertising experience preferred.

Special Events and Community Outreach Coordinator

Description:
Assists the Marketing Department in ensuring a strong image, brand and sales culture awareness prevails throughout the organization and in support of the Bank's culture. Evaluate and identifies Bank participation in and/or support of community-based programs. Coordinates activities, donations, and attendance with senior, market and function leaders as deemed appropriate. Provides internal communication regarding Marketing activities, events, initiatives to keep employees informed, engaged and connected. Maintains marketing calendar of events, planning records, documents and expenses associated with each event. Coordinates, maintains inventory, and orders JCBank logo and promotional items to support various events and engagements. Ensures internal and external messages/signage are professional, accurate, compliant and consistent with Bank objectives, culture and image. Maintains archive of all necessary materials, posts, updates, for audit.
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Event planning and coordination as well as marketing experience preferred. Sales, publishing and/or marketing experience a plus.
