427 - Investment Representative Officer

Description:
Actively pursues new business for JCB Investment Services primarily through direct marketing activity and referrals provided by bank employees. Seeks opportunities for relationship building with current and potential bank clients. Assumes responsibility for the development, operation and administration of retail brokerage services and the sale of insurance and financial products within the Bank. Coordinates brokerage sales efforts with department and banking center leaders throughout the Bank. Commercial Loan Operations Leader

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street

Description:
<p>Leads and is responsible for the Bank's commercial loan operations which includes commercial loan processing, closing and servicing functions and staff. Oversees commercial loan applications for processing, underwriting and closing. Manages and monitors team performance for accuracy and workload capacity to fulfill service level expectations. Oversees the work-flow system for accuracy and to ensure efficient movement of loan applications through the loan process. Oversees the loan servicing functional area including loan product system specifications, boarding of new loans to the core system, loan documentation quality review, participation servicing, reconciliations, management reporting, post close loan review, HMDA reporting, data entry, file maintenance, document imaging and loan recordkeeping to fulfill operations and servicing expectations. Directs workload as needed to meet production demands. Interacts with auditors, examiners and compliance to assist is Bank reviews and ensure changes or recommendations have been implemented as directed. Supervises, coaches and develops staff for effectiveness and career growth. Supports the SVP, Chief Credit Administration Officer with policies, operational procedures and meeting regulatory compliance requirements. Provides continuous training and serves on operational Bank committees.</p>
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred. Minimum of 5 years commercial loan operations experience required; including supervisory or team leader experience.

Portfolio Manager

Location: Columbus 3880 West Jonathan Moore
Openings: 1
Description:
Partners with the Lending and Credit Teams by providing relationship management support and credit analysis. Completes renewals of existing credits. Completes assigned periodic credit relationship reviews. Completes assigned background portions of approval packages for renewed loans of a predetermined size or due to size of the entire borrowing relationship with JCB. Prepares portions of presentation materials for renewals and additional credit proposals for loan officers. Independently researches and analyzes company and industry data. Supports commercial department credit administration and systems monitoring administration. Assists loan officers in personal contacts with present and prospective customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics from an accredited college or university preferred. Previous loan operations and/or portfolio management experience required.

Call Center Analyst

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street
Openings: 1
Description:
Responsible for enhancing the customer experience and JCB reputation by taking ownership of customer inquiries and issues to ensure they are addressed and resolved promptly. Performs research to resolve issues, troubleshoots complex online banking access issues, educates customers, and promotes JCBs products and services. Ensures call quality objectives are met as determined by leadership.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of banking experience preferred. Sales experience preferred. Strong customer service experience required.

Banking Center Associate II

Location: 2421 South Walnut Street in Bloomington
Openings: 1
Description:
Performs a variety of duties to provide extraordinary customer service at a lobby workstation and/or a drive-thru workstation. These duties include the receiving, paying out and the keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking centers ATM and vault as assigned. Provide customer services on the banking floor including but not limited to opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Assistant Banking Center Leader (ABCL) as assigned.

Assistant Banking Center Leader

Location: Seymour West Tipton Street

Description:
Assumes responsibility for daily routine branch operations as assigned. Assists in the efficient utilization and control of man hours while ensuring adequate coverage and extraordinary service. Performs a variety of duties to assist customers on the banking floor to include receiving, paying out and keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Assumes responsibility for the banking center's cash management program including vault, ATM, teller cash and scanning work on a daily basis. Performs customer service actively on the banking center floor. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Banking Center Leader (BCL) as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Teller experience required. A minimum of 2 years banking or related experience required. Sales experience preferred.

Commercial Loan Administrator

Description:
Is a critical member of the commercial lending team who bridges the gap between commercial loan officers, credit personnel, documentation specialists and loan operations while also building relationships with clients through outstanding customer service. Assists commercial loan officers in credit approval packages and managing a loan portfolio. Assists with presentation materials as assigned for new and additional credit proposals for loan officers. Tracks loan package completion and assists with loan closings.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and/or Accounting preferred. Experience with financial analysis software and loan portfolio reporting preferred. Knowledge of lending regulations, compliance, and loan policy preferred.
