Trust Operations Specialist I

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street

Description:
Shares in responsibility for daily posting of Trust Department transactions. Performs administrative services sometimes confidential and complex in nature as instructed by Trust Officer, Operations as well as other Trust Officers.
Requirements:
High school diploma with excellent keyboard skills; broad range of computer skills; windows, word, excel. 1 year minimum Operations or Administrative experience or equivalent job experience preferred.

Business Banker/Business Development

Location: Columbus 400 Washington

Description:
Makes and services a wide variety of business and individual loans (both secured and unsecured) personally or in conjunction with other Officers in assigned markets. Participates and coordinates joint calls with senior commercial lenders and treasury management officers as needed. Develops, negotiates terms and services commercial loan and account business; generates and maintains an effective client base in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies and procedures. Solicits, develops, and manages credit relations with commercial customers. Explores and solicits commercial banking relationships in assigned markets/counties in conjunction with commercial initiatives. Makes and services a wide variety of commercial, real estate and construction loans. Makes personal contacts with present and prospective customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Supports the Banks non-lending commercial services function by prospecting, sales, and incidental servicing of commercial customers.
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Economics from an accredited college or university preferred. Two plus years experience in authoring commercial loans or like experience preferred. Commercial Banking education, training or certification preferred.

Banking Center Associate II

Location: Bedford/Bloomington/Brownstown Position
Openings: 1
Description:
Performs a variety of duties to provide extraordinary customer service at a lobby workstation and/or a drive-thru workstation. These duties include the receiving, paying out and the keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking centers ATM and vault as assigned. Provide customer services on the banking floor including but not limited to opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Assistant Banking Center Leader (ABCL) as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Banking experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of banking or related experience preferred. Previous teller and/or sales experience preferred. This position may require evening and/or weekend work; therefore, daily hours should be flexible. Reliable transportation is required as travel to the various banking centers will be required.

Mortgage Loan Originator

Location: South Central Indiana

Description:
Proactively develops a market for and originates new mortgage loans in support of established loan quality and production goals. Develops and maintains a network of business relationships, internal and external, that serve as a referral source for new mortgage loan opportunities. Makes personal contacts with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Refers present and potential customers to JCB experts in the areas of Home Equity Lines/Loans, Deposit, Commercial and Trust products and services.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting or 2 to 3 years related experience required. Previous mortgage lending experience required Sales training and/or related experience preferred. NMLS registration required. Indiana Resident Producer Individual Insurance License required.

Assistant Banking Center Leader

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street

Description:
Assumes responsibility for daily routine branch operations as assigned. Assists in the efficient utilization and control of man hours while ensuring adequate coverage and extraordinary service. Performs a variety of duties to assist customers on the banking floor to include receiving, paying out and keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Assumes responsibility for the banking center's cash management program including vault, ATM, teller cash and scanning work on a daily basis. Performs customer service actively on the banking center floor. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Banking Center Leader (BCL) as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Teller experience required. A minimum of 2 years banking or related experience required. Sales experience preferred.

Loan Servicing Officer

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street

Description:
<p>Leads the retail loan servicing area of the Bank. Oversees the loan servicing functional area including loan product system specifications, boarding of new loans to the core system, loan documentation quality review, monetary balancing, secondary market servicing, escrow operations, reconciliations, management reporting, post close loan review, HMDA reporting, data entry, file maintenance, document imaging and loan recordkeeping to fulfill operations and servicing expectations. Directs workload as needed to meet production demands. Interacts with auditors, examiners and compliance to assist in Bank reviews and ensure changes or recommendations have been implemented as directed. Supervises, coaches and develops staff for effectiveness and career growth. Performs administration duties for the Bank's subsidiary JCB Properties Management, Inc. Supports the SVP, Chief Credit Administration Officer with policies, operational procedures and meeting regulatory compliance requirements. Provides continuous training and serves on operational Bank committees. (Note: May potentially include commercial loan servicing oversight.)</p>
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics or 10+ years of equivalent work related experience in a supervisory / management role required. Previous loan operations and/or banking experience required.

Call Center Analyst

Description:
Responsible for enhancing the customer experience and JCB reputation by taking ownership of customer inquiries and issues to ensure they are addressed and resolved promptly. Performs research to resolve issues, troubleshoots complex online banking access issues, educates customers, and promotes JCBs products and services. Ensures call quality objectives are met as determined by leadership.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of banking experience preferred. Sales experience preferred. Strong customer service experience required.
