Actively pursues new business for JCB Investment Services primarily through direct marketing activity and referrals provided by bank employees. Seeks opportunities for relationship building with current and potential bank clients. Retail Real Estate Lending Officer

Description:
<p>Proactively develops a market for and originates new mortgage and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) loans in support of established loan quality and production goals. Develops and maintains a network of business relationships, internal and external, that serve as a referral source for new mortgage and HELOC loan opportunities. Makes personal contacts with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Refers present and potential customers to JCB experts in the areas of Consumer Loans, Deposit, Commercial, Treasury Management and Wealth Management products and services. </p>
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in business, finance or accounting or 2 to 3 years related experience required. Previous mortgage lending experience required. Sales training and/or related experience preferred. NMLS registration required. Indiana Resident Producer Individual Insurance License required.

Banking Center Associate II

Location: 2421 South Walnut Street in Bloomington

Description:
Performs a variety of duties to provide extraordinary customer service at a lobby workstation and/or a drive-thru workstation. These duties include the receiving, paying out and the keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking centers ATM and vault as assigned. Provide customer services on the banking floor including but not limited to opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Wealth Management products and services. Commercial Loan Administrator

Description:
Is a critical member of the commercial lending team who bridges the gap between commercial loan officers, credit personnel, documentation specialists and loan operations while also building relationships with clients through outstanding customer service. Assists commercial loan officers in credit approval packages and managing a loan portfolio. Assists with presentation materials as assigned for new and additional credit proposals for loan officers. Tracks loan package completion and assists with loan closings.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics from an accredited college or university preferred. Past work experience in lending processes preferred.

Systems Administrator

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street

Description:
Performs the following primary and backup functions in association with other Systems Administrators and/or IT staff, as determined and assigned. Serves as Bank's primary internal support for Active Directory and core processing system upgrades, enhancements and troubleshooting. Serves as the Bank's core system Security Administrator. Provides orientation, training and support to Bank staff to maintain the efficient use of IT hardware and applications throughout the organization. Provides support for security applications, evaluates and analyzes hardware and software and troubleshoots related problems.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associates degree in Information Systems preferred; equivalent of 3-4 years experience preferred. Two years banking experience preferred. Experience in a detail-oriented position required.

Property and Facilities Management Specialist

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street
Openings: 1
Description:
Performs routine maintenance of building surfaces, fixtures, systems and equipment for assigned JCBank locations. Addresses urgent needs of structures, fixtures, systems and equipment as needed or requested through maintenance work orders or supervisor. Completes minor mechanical/electrical repairs as needed. Performs general landscaping duties as assigned. Maintains all painted surfaces of buildings, fences and equipment not requiring the use of high lifts or other specialized equipment. Assists with the monitoring of on-site vendor and contractor visits for various maintenance, repairs and projects. Installs and removes the Bank's Marketing promotional material as scheduled. Picks up and delivers equipment, furniture, mail and packages as scheduled or assigned. Assists with Bank-sponsored event set up and take down needs as scheduled and requested. Assists AVP, Facilities &amp; Purchasing Officer upon request.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associates Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred. Minimum 3-5 years equipment and property maintenance experience required. Certification or license in areas such as carpentry, construction, mechanical or electrical preferred.

eService Analyst I

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street

Description:
<p>Responsible for effectively monitoring, maintaining, and supporting all aspects of the products assigned. Provide phone support to customers as well as to banking center sales staff as needed. Performs research to resolve issues, educates customers and promotes JCBank's products and services. Composes and updates documentation and training material for JCBank employees. </p>
Requirements:
Associates degree preferred. 3-5 years of Deposit Operations or Treasury Management experience preferred.

Retail Loan Servicing Escrow Specialist

Description:
Performs a variety of administrative and customer service functions related to the servicing of retail loans, including, but not limited to, the monitoring of mortgage escrow accounts, the payment of property taxes, homeowners and flood insurance, private mortgage insurance, credit insurance and a variety of other loan related vendor invoices. Performs administrative and customer service functions related to maintaining and providing loan account information; problem solving support to other departments, vendors, borrowers and other entities.
Requirements:
BS/Ba or equivalent work-related experience preferred. Previous banking experience preferred. Minimum 5 years of mortgage escrow servicing experience preferred. Freddie Mac experience preferred. Freddie Mac and Servicing Compliance Certification preferred.

Lending Systems Technology Specialist

Description:
Leads and is responsible for review, recommendation and implementation of effective workflows in the Bank's various commercial lending systems to provide appropriate pricing, originating, processing, disclosure, underwriting, closing and uploading functions. Oversees technological system changes related to commercial lending. Maintains assigned vendor relationships. Provides analytical services, technical support and assistance to all commercial functions, management and other users on all aspects of the loan application software and interfacing software, from major conversion issues to daily maintenance needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or IT preferred. Minimum of 5 years commercial lending experience preferred. Previous loan operations, banking and/or information systems experience required.

Commercial Banker

Location: 2421 South Walnut Street in Bloomington

Description:
Makes and services a wide variety of business and individual loans (both secured and unsecured) personally or in conjunction with other Officers in assigned markets. Solicits, develops, and manages credit relations with commercial customers. Explores and solicits commercial banking relationships in assigned markets/counties in conjunction with commercial initiatives. Makes and services a wide variety of commercial, real estate and construction loans. Makes personal contacts with present and prospective customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Supports the Bank's non-lending commercial services function by prospecting, sales, and incidental servicing of commercial customers.
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Economics from an accredited college or university preferred. Three years experience in authoring commercial loans preferred. Commercial Banking education, training or certification preferred.

Executive Assistant to the President/Chief Executive Officer

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street

Description:
Provides administrative and project support services to the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), much of which is confidential and some of which is complex in nature. Serves as the first point of contact for the Executive department for visitors, including but not limited to, shareholders, guests, employees and vendors. Responsible for calendar management for CEO, Senior Leadership and Board of Directors as assigned. Provides administrative support to the Bank's Chairman of the Board and Board Committee Chairpersons as requested and/or assigned. Coordinates and handles incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of CEO, including but not limited to, phone, email and letter correspondence. Assists CEO with preparation of presentation materials, meeting minutes and miscellaneous reports and documents. Makes travel arrangements for CEO and other Senior Leaders as assigned. Performs holding company duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of investor and shareholder relations. Assists SVP, Chief Banking Officer and SVP, Chief Risk and Management Services Officer with selected administrative duties.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years administrative or related experience required. Previous banking experience preferred.

Retail Loan Underwriter I

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street

Description:
Responsible for underwriting mortgage loans, including the evaluation of credit, verifying appropriate documentation is obtained and adherence to Bank loan policy / procedure, investor, and Regulatory guidelines and reviewing consumer loan exceptions. Interfaces with Retail Loan Services team and Bank mortgage investors. Evaluates, reviews, recommends, and assists with the implementation of new retail loan products. Assists with establishing and maintaining Bank loan policy and procedures. Provides feedback related to loan fees, appropriateness of underwriting criteria, credit decisions and effectiveness of loan processes for continuous improvement. Responds to audit and credit administration reviews.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in business, banking or finance preferred; however, experience in mortgage origination processes are still considered. Minimum of 3 to 5 years residential mortgage lending experience preferred. Previous residential real estate underwriting experience or loan processing preferred.
