Banking Center Associate II

Description:
Performs a variety of duties to provide extraordinary customer service at a lobby workstation and/or a drive-thru workstation. These duties include the receiving, paying out and the keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking centers ATM and vault as assigned. Provide customer services on the banking floor including but not limited to opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Assistant Banking Center Leader (ABCL) as assigned.

Business Banker/Business Development

Description:
Makes and services a wide variety of business and individual loans (both secured and unsecured) personally or in conjunction with other Officers in assigned markets. Participates and coordinates joint calls with senior commercial lenders and treasury management officers as needed. Develops, negotiates terms and services commercial loan and account business; generates and maintains an effective client base in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies and procedures. Solicits, develops, and manages credit relations with commercial customers. Explores and solicits commercial banking relationships in assigned markets/counties in conjunction with commercial initiatives. Makes and services a wide variety of commercial, real estate and construction loans. Makes personal contacts with present and prospective customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Supports the Banks non-lending commercial services function by prospecting, sales, and incidental servicing of commercial customers.

Assistant Banking Center Leader

Location: Bloomington Loan & Financial Center

Description:
Assumes responsibility for daily routine branch operations as assigned. Assists in the efficient utilization and control of man hours while ensuring adequate coverage and extraordinary service. Performs a variety of duties to assist customers on the banking floor to include receiving, paying out and keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Assumes responsibility for the banking center's cash management program including vault, ATM, teller cash and scanning work on a daily basis. Performs customer service actively on the banking center floor. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Banking Center Leader (BCL) as assigned.

Retail Service Analyst

Description:
Responsible for effectively monitoring, maintaining, and supporting all aspects of the products assigned. Provide phone support to customers as well as to banking center sales staff as needed. Performs research to resolve issues, educates customers and promotes JCB's products and services. Composes and updates documentation and training material for JCB employees.

Chief Financial Officer

Location: Seymour Chestnut Street

Description:
This senior level position includes responsibility for the Bank and holding company fiscal record keeping, reporting, budgeting, financial analysis and the information systems function. A staff of three experienced managers representing the above functions reports directly to this position. This position reports directly to the President/CEO of the Bank and includes membership in the senior management group.
