Marvin S. Veatch, JCB President and CEO, has announced the addition of a new senior leader and Chief Financial Officer to the JCB team.  Chad A. Key, an experienced and seasoned financial professional and CFO, has worked in banking and public accounting throughout his career, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Salin Bank & Trust. With more than 15 years of financial experience, “Chad’s experience and skill set brings an abundance of knowledge to fulfill the CFO position and we look forward to Chad’s ability to position JCB for future growth and success,” Veatch said. 

While at Salin Bank & Trust, Chad held positions of CFO, SVP of Finance and VP of Finance. A graduate of Indiana University and Barret Graduate School of Banking, Chad developed and implemented numerous initiatives that led to gaining efficiencies and process improvements. “I’m very excited to be joining the JCB team. JCB has a tremendous heart for the communities and people they serve. I look forward to helping deliver this same level of service and support that only a community bank can provide.”
