JCB President and CEO Marvin S. Veatch announced seven promotions from within various departments of the bank. “These promotions are well deserved and earned by superior performance, leadership and commitments to JCB’s Core Values.”

Robin Collingsworth has been promoted to AVP, Retail Loan Officer. Robin joined JCB in April 2016 with 11 years financial institution experience. Robin is active with the Bedford Board of Realtors, the Bedford Chamber of Commerce and the Bedford Police department. Robin has a great balance of sales and operations, which gives her insight to customer wants and needs and how she can effectively help them achieve their retail lending goals.

Joe Green has been promoted to AVP, Facilities & Purchasing. Joe joined JCB in August of 2008. In his 11 year JCB career, Joe has held additional positions in Retail Loan Collections and the Trust Department before stepping into his current role of Facilities and Purchasing Officer. Joe’s experience in these varied positions across JCB have prepared him and served him well. Through his daily actions, communications and interactions, Joe provides an excellent example of the Bank’s Core Values and Service Standards.

Brenda Habenicht has been promoted to AVP, Retail Loan Officer. Brenda joined JCB in June 2007 as the North Vernon Loan Production Office Leader. Brenda has become the face of JCB in the North Vernon market and collaborates with so many community and civic leaders for the betterment of community. She consistently supports JCB’s Mission, Core Values and Service Standards as demonstrated in her daily actions and interactions with customers.

Julie Kloote has been promoted to AVP, Senior Commercial Analyst. Julie began her JCB career in July 2012 as a Commercial Analyst and in April 2016 was promoted to Officer. Julie is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and Leadership Jackson County. Julie regularly looks for efficiency opportunities and is well versed in loan structure and related needs in order to support Commercial Bankers in meeting customers’ dreams and goals

Kelley Rice has been promoted to Officer, Employee Relations. Kelley’s JCB career started in May 2014 as the Branch Operations Coordinator. In July 2016, she transitioned to the Employee Relations Administrator where she has demonstrated abilities to work in a fast-paced environment while providing employees professional and knowledgeable assistance and support. Kelley holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and is a 2019 Leadership Jackson County graduate.

Kim Stein has been promoted to AVP, Internal Audit/BSA Officer. Kim attended Ivy Tech University and in November 2009 obtained the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation. In addition to extensive Audit and BSA experience, Kim’s more than 35 years of experience includes the areas of branch administration, compliance and trust. Kim provides great leadership in the areas of audit and BSA, proven by the strong audit and exam results over the years.

Amanda Young has been promoted to AVP, Retail Loan Officer. Amanda joined JCB in May 2017 as a Retail Loan Officer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Evansville, completed the IMBA Future Leaders training program in 2017 and is a 2019 Leadership Bartholomew County graduate. Amanda’s strong organizational and time management skills assist her in providing Extraordinary Service to consumer and mortgage loan customers. She is active in the JCB community by getting involved with activities and organizations such as CARS and as an Ambassador with the Columbus Chamber of Commerce.
